ABOUT RIDHI
Ridhi is a small, silver jewelry business based in Sri Lanka. Our designs, inspired by traditional South Asian styles and motifs, are executed in Sterling Silver and semi precious stones. We currently employ 15 full time staff and 15 to 20 independent rural workshops.
Our outsourced production model allows craftspeople to practice their trade out of their homes, providing them with marketable designs, the means for selling finish goods, and the training and opportunity to build business of their own. We feel this results in a better quality product and better quality of life for our silversmiths. We hope you enjoy your purchase as much as we have enjoyed making it.
